My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spot on, nice, clean, and very quiet. The bed was great, and breakfast was just right. The parking was nice and safe, and the bathroom was a good size and spotlessly clean. However, the dining experience was overpriced and underwhelming. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Berkeley Castle, perfect for exploring the area. Facilities were top-notch, especially the welcoming attitude of the staff.

The hotel provided warm, cozy rooms with all the basics available, including a kettle with coffee/tea/hot chocolate/milk sachets. It was dated in some aspects, but the cleanliness was top-notch. The service was friendly and efficient, and the location was ideal for various purposes. The dining experience offered some gluten-free options and was cooked to order. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
